Express-IgG/IgM SARS-CoV-2 ICA is a reliable lateral flow test for identifying  IgG- and IgM-class antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in samples of whole blood, serum and plasma. 

The test is based on lateral flow testing of specific immunoglobulins. A sample is absorbed by the stripe material and the antibodies contained within it react with colored microparticles coated with a special antigen. Through capillary action, this combination moves into the testing zone and reacts with anti-human antibodies, resulting in a visible coloration of the testing stripe(s).
