Express-VAC SARS-CoV-2-ICA is a set of reagents that detects IgG-class antibodies to the receptor-binding domain (RBD) of the S (spike) protein of SARS-CoV-2 in samples of whole venous blood (with the addition of sodium citrate, ethylene diamine tetraacetate, heparin sodium or heparin lithium), serum or plasma (with the addition of sodium citrate, ethylene diamine tetraacetate, heparin sodium or heparin lithium) in patients who have suffered a respiratory infection with the potential of COVID-19 infection, including those who may display antiviral activity, and those who show no symptoms of respiratory illness and have not come in contact with COVID-19 patients.
